After many months of trial and error; BeDo Inc. working with a supplier and our engineers; had the molds made to assure you the proper size bulb and heat range. | The 375 watt clear infrared lamps are 115 volt and are connected in series. Replace burned out bulbs. If one bulb burns out, others may also go out, as they are connected in series. Bulbs must be of same type as that supplied with machine. Some suppliers are selling the standard incandescent light bulb as a replacement heat lamp bulb. BeDo Inc Does Not suggest or condone this practice. The replacement / incandescent bulb does not work like the Infra-Red Bulb. Since the incandescent bulb is 130V and in the wrong color range, it does not achieve the high temperature this process requires, making the cycle time much longer. Because the heat is uneven you will get bubbles and poor adhesion. The standard bulbs cause you to have a longer cycle time on your machine and or a possible fire hazard and a destroyed diaphragm. | |||||||||||||
